1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using CramPocket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Product Description

CramPocket is a mobile application that helps students convert study material (photos, notes, PDFs) into flashcards and quiz practice. It is a study aid tool, not a substitute for formal education.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to only upload content that you have the right to use for personal study. You must not use CramPocket to engage in academic dishonesty, cheating, or violating the academic integrity policies of your institution. You may not upload illegal, explicit, or harmful content.

4. AI-Generated Content Limitations & Academic Results

CramPocket utilizes artificial intelligence to generate flashcards and quizzes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, or lacking context. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the generated study materials. CramPocket provides no guarantee of academic results, improved grades, or test performance.

5. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By selecting a subscription, you agree to pay the fees indicated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store Account Settings after purchase. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

CramPocket retains all rights to the application's design, code, and brand. You retain ownership of the study materials you upload. By uploading materials, you grant CramPocket a license to process that content solely to provide the service back to you.

7. Account Access and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.

8. Liability Limitations & Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CramPocket is provided "AS IS" and we disclaim all warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
