What to include in your email:
- The email address associated with your CramPocket account.
- Your device model (e.g., iPhone 15, Pixel 7) and OS version.
- A clear description of the issue or question.
- Screenshots if applicable.
Delete Account or Data
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
Option 1: Delete within the App (Recommended)
For the fastest resolution, you can delete your account directly inside the CramPocket app. Navigate to Profile > Settings > Delete Account and follow the on-screen prompts. This will immediately and permanently remove your data.
Option 2: Submit a Manual Request
If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to support@crampocket.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Required identifying information (for manual requests):
Please email us from the exact email address registered to your CramPocket account to verify your identity.
Note: Manual data deletion requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once your account is deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
